Homework – Where should I begin?
Whether your child is using a school agenda, inputting tasks into his/her own device, or referring to a school learning platform, these are all just different lists of to do’s. Long lists without a plan can be overwhelming. It is important to teach your child how to make a plan for tackling daily homework. Estimate the amount of time that it will take to complete each task. Next, prioritize tasks and come up with a suitable order. Schedule a break following the completion of a more challenging task. Teach your child to check off tasks upon completion.
